We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ivon Health. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Our 30-Day Guarantee
Because dietary supplements affect everyone differently, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on your first bottle of DIGEST.

Single Bottle Orders: If you are not satisfied with your results, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, even if the bottle is opened or empty. You do not need to ship the opened bottle back to us.

Bundle Orders (3-Bottle and 6-Bottle Packs): Your first opened bottle is fully covered by our guarantee. To receive a full refund for the entire bundle, the remaining bottles must be returned to us unopened, unworn, with the factory safety seals intact, and in their original condition.
How to Start a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us at support@ivonhealth.com.
If your return is accepted and requires sending items back (such as sealed bottles from a bundle), we will provide you with the exact return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for unopened items.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include a photo of the issue in your email so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right by issuing a replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items (if applicable). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
