Order Processing Time
All orders are sent to our US fulfillment center and processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Standard US shipping via USPS typically takes 2 to 4 business days once processed.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
All products are shipped from our United States fulfillment center. Therefore, international customers are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees required by their country upon arrival. Please be aware that there may occasionally be delays in delivery due to your local customs-clearing processes, which are entirely out of our control.

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
